Please note that these terms and conditions are specific to online sales and are in addition to our Standard Terms and our Hire Terms

Product Prices - All our prices are shown both including vat.

Payment - Secure payment facilities are offered online using PayPal, a universally recognised secure online payment provider. You can also pay by card over the telephone by phoning us on 01983551443. If you wish to pay by cheque, please them payable to Stubbings Bros Ltd. 

In order for us to process a sale online, we must receive the full payment before dispatch. Once we accept your order and payment is made, we enter into a legally binding contract with you but your statutory rights under UK law will not be affected. We do reserve the right however to cancel the contract and obligation to supply if one or more of the goods ordered was shown with an incorrect price due to a typographic error or discount or an error in information received from our suppliers.

Parts Orders - We can only offer parts advice and investigation based upon the information provided by the customer. We can not be liable for incorrect parts supplied where machine information received is subsequently proved to be incorrect. Non-stock Items ordered in especially for customers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
