tedder range is designed for farmers seeking efficiency and reliability in a
compact package. With working widths ranging from 4.6m to 8.05m, these models
are ideally suited for small to medium-sized operations and perform
exceptionally well on hilly terrain thanks to their lightweight, rigid
construction.
Low-Maintenance Drive
- CompactLine Gearbox: Sealed, oil-immersed gearbox mounted
directly to the frame.
- One Grease Point: Simplified maintenance with only one
lubrication point per gearbox.
- Durability: Double bearings from pinion to crown wheel
ensure maximum driveline longevity.
- Reliability: Gearboxes are protected from load and strain
within the main frame.
Super-C Tine System
- High Strength: Made from 10mm shot-peened spring steel
for extreme durability.
- Large Coil: 80mm coil diameter—20% larger than
conventional designs for better flexibility.
- Symmetric Length: Tines of equal length ensure even load
distribution and longer life.
- Clean Forage: Symmetric tines efficiently pick up and
turn crop for faster, uniform drying.
Rigid Build & Transport
- One-Piece Chassis: CNC-bent box section with a single
weld seam for maximum rigidity.
- HexaLink (TE8080): Finger clutch system allows 180°
folding for compact transport width (2.9m).
- Ground Following: Oscillation dampers (standard on
6060/8080) ensure stable operation.
- Adjustability: Easy spreading angle setting via simple
three-way wheel height adjustment.
